Pro Modi, Anti Modi in Bihar Politics

As we all know about the break up of BJP and JDU in Bihar. Then it has made the. triangular competition Bihar politics.
The main question is arrising in everyone's mind that which party will gain from this breakup in NDA alliance. As we know that congress party is not a big player in Bihar politics. The eppicentre is between BJP , JDU and RJD. LJP lojpa is about to diminished in Bihar except Vaishali Hajipur district.
Bihar is one of the poorest state of India. The parliamentary polls will be fought on the basis of development and corruption. The chief minister of Bihar is undoubtfully doing a great job but public is facing a lot of problems. Nothing he did in previous years except roads. Also it seems that JDU will be an ally of congress in 2014 polls , it will make all the crap for JDU.
Now in our country there are two ideology one is pro modi other is anti modi i.e pro congress. I dont think that in 2014 lok sabha polls congress will be back in power. congress is struggling with heavy charges of corruption that will dump their boat in 2014 lok sabha polls ocean.

Men Women daily lifestyle : A realistic view

It would have been amazing if men and women could switch places and walk in
each other's shoes for a mile, even if just for a day.
Let men feel what being fondled in public feels like, and then being blamed for it because of their choice of clothes.
Let men feel the burden of bringing up children who for the first five years of their
life literally cannot live without their mothers, then for the next ten make constant demands on them, and for the next fifteen keep ignoring them.
Let men feel how burdensome it must be to
perform well at work just to be told that it's their hair or their revealing clothes or
their "assets" that get them the promotion. Let men feel the silently critical eyes of
society on themselves when they get ahead in their careers - "What a b***h, man, it's her maids who have practically brought up
her children!", and the taunts and jibes from her own family when they come back
tired from work only to have the rest of the family expecting them to magically
transform into a domestic goddess. Let men feel the intense resentment when
husbands or boyfriends or fathers happily take credit for their women's successes. Let men feel the shackles of millennia of patriarchy when they are forced to suffix their names with their spouse's.
If we can empathize with this, then by all means let us hate on and denounce feminists. Until such empathy arises in us, let's try to understand where that anger and outrage (and often loads of crappy arguments) come from.

A man can battle against all odds, every day, if he knows that he will be loved and cared for when he comes back home. That he mcan be vulnerable and share his defeats without fear of ridicule. Similarly, a woman can bear all, when she knows that there is a strong shoulder on which she can lean, that someone will not let her fall. And place a strong, mentally independent mother-figure in a boy's life, he, more often than not, will grow up to be a gentleman.

its about yin and yang, that is if you understand the concept,a simple law of nature which creates equilibrium in the world. Male and female are not equal but supreme forms of themselves. Yet another simple law of the universe "karm" ensures the balance in actions,if
people understand these simple nuances of the universe all ills of this human society would slowly vanish.

HARD WORK vs SMART WORK

It is a common question that generally asked in banking interviews. If a candidate said that I am a hard worker then interviewer will ask , why hard worker- elaborate it. So here I have tried to find a way to answer those questions in a different style. In general we can say it as a communication skills checking .
Nigeria is a country where majority of the population hustle day in and day out for survival. Students hustle in school by doing a lot of “runz” here and there to ensure they pay their way through school, those who are fortunate enough to have guardians or parents to pay their fees are left with a lesser burden of hustling to pass and finally graduate from school. The same happens in different spheres of life too, people work miles from where they live and go through the strenuous traffic day in day out, in a bid to hustle for daily survival. Walking on the roads of Lagos on a busy work day or even during weekends, people are seen dashing off to various places, with the common aim of earning an income at least enough for survival. So as it is, most people are given to working really hard throughout their lives till the very point where they become feeble and unable to work.
Now the question is does working really hard throughout your life time take you beyond mere sustenance to life long sustainability? Can hustling alone create the kind of future you want when the strength to work hard is no longer available?
Now let’s do a little illustration here. A young man by the name Rufus, 23 years of age with a senior secondary school certificate gets a job as a driver at Ikoyi with a salary of 20,000 Naira every month. Rufus who lives at Alakuko in Lagos State leaves his house very early in the morning at about 4am and does not return home till about11pm every week day. Everyone who knows him would admit that he is a very hard working man who hustles for a source of living while his mates remain idle and waste away. He was lucky to have been able to retain his job and retires at the age of 60 of which his salary had risen steadily to 35,000 Naira at the point of retirement.
Now let’s see the story of Rufus’s twin brother Reuben who also got a job as a driver at the same place in Ikoyi with the same level of certificate and at the same pay rate. Reuben puts asides some of his money in order to save up for the tuition fee at a polytechnic or a university and eventually gets in and becomes a part time student. After he his done studying, he gets a higher paying job with his new certificate, he saves some more and takes some classes for some professional exams or additional qualification in his field and gets promoted. He also keeps saving up more of his resources and invests it in a business or the purchase of an asset. Reuben retires at the age of 60 too like his brother but is also entitled to a huge amount of gratuity and a monthly pension.

Now looking critically at the life of Mr Rufus and Mr Reuben with full consideration for the various responsibilities they had to handle as family men till the point they retired, do they have anything to fall back on? Who would you say lived a successful life and maximized fully all the opportunities that were available to him? Which one of the twin brothers have been able to improve on the financial status he had when he was 23? Which of them made substantial progress in life?
