Everyone sounds different on mobile or on telephone medium. Our
feelings are communicated through our voices mean whether the person is happy
or sad or sleepy. The voice via these medium are quite different from the
reality. Because there are many procedures occurred between a telephonic conversation
i.e it get modulated, amplified etc.
In this modern era we are well connected with our friends,
families, and loved ones by the phone. So it is very important to learn how to
speak effectively over the phone
. We also have to care for the receiver to whom we are calling that is whether he/she is receiving your message that is intended.

Here I am going to share some tips that will be helpful for
the readers-
· * Think before you are going to call someone. Using common
sense think about his/her availability.
· * We have to know that our way to talk can create a good
image of us during the conversation. In a telephonic conversation, the voice
pitch is most important factor. Whether we are talking to clients, handling
sales calls.
· *We have to be audible and clear.
· *We have to deliver our voice on a constant and
particular level of pitch, don’t sudden increase or decrease your voice.
· *Try to avoid the idioms, phrases, and abbreviations.
· *Do not allow interruptions during conversation. Even though
if situation occurs say :” excuse me I will call you back”.
· * Make a habit to put the phone always in silent mode ,
whenever you are outside.
